I had the pleasure of having Dr. Jeff Phillips and his wife Kelli in the boat with me today and man what a fun couple to be around! We ended up with a dang good mess of crappie and when it got hot we went cruising Millwood on the hunt for alligators'. The fishing was a grind because we had to drop on a ton of fish to get 32 to bite, luckily they are still stacked up in an area I like to fish. I have a feeling the summertime bite is here and I gotta start having minnows on standby. I’m already looking forward to getting to take these two back out there in the fall!
